On August 15th, Wings Outreach Foundation celebrated Independence Day with the children at Grandma’s House. The event was graced by Chairman Patapati Devadas Garu, local ex-president (Sarpanch) Valisetty Ravi Sankar Garu, Counselor P. Saritha, and other dignitaries.
